A pretty solid post punk revival album. Think of The Editors, but they also take a lot of queues from Interpol, but not as dark.
Average but nothing more than that. Interesting that one person said they thought it was better than Editors In the Back Room. Thought the opposite tbh...although Editors really tailed off after their strong debut
One of my favourites. Death is a fantastic opener and sets the tone for the rest of the album. Wouldn't compare them to Editors I would say this is much better than The Back Room ever was.

I think it was a great debut, lots of great tunes in this album. But, despite I think is a good album, I was never in love with it, that`s why I havent even follow their other two albums.

Probably my favorite album of the past 5 years. My one and only issue is that they claim they don't like Joy Division, despite sounding a fair bit like a poppier, more modern Joy Division ...

Consistently good and without doubt one of the best albums released in 2009. I fear that they'll probably not better this debut though!
