"One of my favorite albums of all time. The concept is incredibly touching, the music is well-executed, and Pete Silberman is a great singer/songwriter. Just perfect. The balances may be off, and there are imperfections in the music, but that imperfection makes the album that much better. Especial..." Reply

"Everything about it is uninspired. The xx clearly go for a single sound here and do not reach out of their comfort zone. I'm not one to complain about singing voices that often, but the two singers here sound close to whispering, they sound so unconfident. If I were to explain this album in one w..." Reply

"Light and enjoyable. A very fun and positive listen that shows that Phoenix is way more then just another indie pop band. Fences and Girlfriend are the highlights, while Lisztomania is an absolute classic that will definitely go down in the books as one of pop's great masterpieces." Reply

"I pick this more because of the message, than it being their best album, if that makes any sense. The lyrics to this album are what sold it to me to be better than Absolution. 1-7 are great, 8 kinda sucks, but the symphony at the end makes up for it. What band has a self produced album with a sym..." Reply

"Some bright spots, but I'm not really sure why this album has become so huge. It's average." Reply

"I love this album, hated it at first but as each song unravelled in my mind I began to love it. Firmly my favourite Monkeys album now." Reply

"This album feels like it's on the brink of insanity. It just goes and goes and then every now and then, a little insanity shows (this is most prevalent in "Useful Chamber"). The instrumentation here is incredible too, some incredible guitar work. One of the most unique albums I've ever heard." Reply

"One of those albums thats nostalgic to a fault for me. Hysteric is my wedding song. Is it a 100? Maybe not, but for me it is. Every song sparks a magic in me that is undeniable. Listen to the extended version, so much beautiful music. Thank you YYY for letting this record exist." Reply
