Kinda disappointing. "Let It Whip" is amazing, of course. But only a couple other tracks come even close to that level of disco-funk greatness. And at least half the album is taken up by mellow slow jams. That wouldn't be necessarily bad if they were memorable or inventive. But they're just kinda meh. An ok album of early 80's RnB, but not one I'd bother listening to again.
