There should be more love for this album, something the songs are a bit like Pink Floyd at the time of Meddle, sometimes it sounds a bit like R.E.M. and in many instances it sounds a bit like less distorted Sonic Youth. But in most instances it sounds like himself and in other words a consistently good album.
