The Motels were a vastly under-rated band of the Early '80s fronted by the inimitable Martha Davis - at times seductive, at times innocent, who put out what could be called New Wave/punk music. They had greater success in Australia than in their native U.S. This compilation captures the band's biggest hits. It would have been a perfect listen if it had been assembled in chronological order, instead of the mish-mash, interchangeable years format that appear on this disc.
