Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Just to let people know that there's a two-part live version doing the rounds, which isn't the actual album. The studio version is in four parts, and contains an elongated third section (i.e. the bit where they start making animal noises and shit). So, y'know, try and get a hold of that version. Both are great anyway.
