Shortlisted for album of the year at the 1993 Grammys. the winner was Unplugged by Eric Clapton. (Edited)
First record as a solo singer, it was a success, Why is one of the best Annie's songs.
Great voice great album. Annie showed that she was just as strong as a solo artist. Fav tracks Why & Money Can't Buy It.

It's getting harder and harder to log on to BEA without reading about Tori Amos or Bjork, yet somebody who dubbed herself a diva and then lived all the way to expectations gets pushed to the wayside in the following twenty years. This voice. This fucking voice. I love her. Might be my favorite female vocalist of the 80s-90s. No disrespect to Kim Deal. (Edited)
