Favorite Tracks:Crap Rap 2/Like To Blow, Rebellious Juke Box, Two Steps Back
For some reason I have not given this one the amount of time that I have with most of the other Fall albums. Apart from Rebellious Jukebox and Frightened, nothing immediately stood out. I have since come to appreciate No Xmas For John Quays, Futures And Pasts, Music Scene and the title track, but it still seems like a poorer relative of Dragnet. (Edited)
The brilliant debut from The Fall. No, it's not live, is just full of excellent and breathless songs from Mark E Smith and co. After all this time it's still one of the best Fall records and one of the best punk/rock LP's of the era along with records by Wire and the Pistols. Superb. (Edited)
A lot of songs here sound like they aren't really finished. (Edited)

I used to have a C90 cassette with this album on one side and Dragnet on the other. I taped it from a mate and was devastated when it got chewed up in a cheap tape recorder.
