Obviously influenced by the Stone Roses. A nice album. 9/10! (Edited)
No fillers on this hammond organ driven debut album with standout tracks being "Sproston Green", "The Only One I Know", "Flower", "Opportunity" and "Then".
Really captures the time & the place. Great listen.

Love The Charlatans (or for us in the US The Charlatans UK) This was my introduction to the band. They released several great albums after this.

Riding on the coattails of The Stone Roses, The Charlatans display enough charm to prevent them from being also-rans.
