The Pierre Moerlen led Gong is a very different affair to Flying Teapot/Angels Egg/You era Gong. Almost like a different band, more akin to Shamal era Gong. Fully instrumental, this album has a true jazz feel to it. I like it but in a different way to Angels Egg etc. RIP Pierre, you were a great drummer.
