Tiffany ushered in the new decade with the proclamation that she was "New Inside". Weird, but the "New" Tiffany sounded almost exactly like the old Tiffany of her self-titled debut. Still with the support of groove oriented producer Maurice Starr and others the former teen sensation stirs up some good times on this album.
