Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album has a Bayesian average rating of 70.6/100, a mean average of 69.9/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 70.5/100. The standard deviation for this album is 16.8.

Who cares if this is not as good as BIB, this still shows us how a band should rock,

Title track is one of the most unique and finest tracks that AC/DC ever created and this album in general is their heaviest album. Overall it is not as strong as Back In Black or albums with Bon Scott, but still is quite entertaining.

Great follow up to 'Back in Black'. It gave me a bit of faith in Brian. Then it turned to shit and was all downhill after this. Definitely the 2nd best he has done as vocalist. A lot of good songs on this right through. Worthy to have in a collection

One of my favorite AC/DC record, with some very underrated deep cuts. Great album, that seems to be somewhat overshadowed because its the follow up to Back in Black. Its probably Brian Johnson's second best vocal performance after Back in Black.

Key tracks: For Those About to Rock, Night of the Long Knives, Snowballed, Evil Walks and Inject the Venom

I have a great fondness for this album, and I think it's a fantastic follow-up to Back in Black. It has nowhere near as many "concert staples" or well known tracks, but the performances of the band members are just as damn good and the songwriting is still up there. First five tracks are ass kickers if there ever were any...

Apart from the title track it's disappointing. The first poor AC/DC album.

My favorite from AC/DC, the sound of this album is killer, great summary of the early 80s hair metal sound

Not good as Back In Black yes, but it's still a fine album. The title track, Inject The Venom, and Evil Walks are my favorites.
