On any given day this album is my absolute favorite. The Blasters is, in a word, rock n' roll (ok, that's three). Excepting Elvis, Little Richard and Jerry Lee...this is the truest form of the art form. Dave Alvin can flat write a great song, and Phil is THE VOICE. Dude can belt. And Marie Marie might be one of the great swing tunes ever. A MUST!
