Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Still sounds great, 40 years later... but really, these guys lend themselves to a greatest hits album. Singles galore, but no 'album statement'.
Great beach and road music for the late 70's - early 80's
Singles are great, overall albums are alright. One of those memorable bands that you like, but only listen to if you hear them on the radio.
I've never really been a fan of the albums, but I love the singles.
Grade based on the first two albums. They're good enough to completely disregard the eighties euro-synth crap they only took 30 years to get past with Move Like This.
