Yeah, I know, it's a weird album at number one. Even though it probably didn't INFLUENCE the swing of music from the 90s to the new millennium, it certainly represents it well. This sounds like a precursor for a lot that was coming up (The Strokes, Kaiser Chiefs, Rooney, Franz Ferdinand, Vampire Weekend).
