The mystique of this album grows every year, as we sadly may never get a sequel. Dirty, Paranoid and Cynically Romantic- modern pop masterpiece that gleans well from every left-of-center pop trend of the last 30 years.

Thank God for people like you who understand what country music really is, or ought to be, as opposed to the sludge that the mainstream Nashville scene has been churning out for decades. I appreciate also that your chart has considerable diversity in terms of genre. Some highlights I want to point out are Southeastern (for my money the best country album of 2013, though it's obviously a hybrid in terms of genre), Once I Was an Eagle, Build Me Up from Bones, and Torres's self-title debut (got to see her live touring in support of that album). Tons of other great material here too, but those are the ones I wanted to mention. Excellent work!
