Radiohead by

For some reason, this site allows some EPs and doesn't allow others. If I could, I would put the Knives Out EP between Hail To The Thief and The King Of Limbs, In Rainbows Disc 2 between The King Of Limbs and Pablo Honey, and the Pyramid Song EP between In Rainbows Disc 2 and Pablo Honey.
My top 20 Radiohead Songs (There's like 50 songs that I consider to be top 10 Radiohead songs, so this was really hard):
20. Bloom (The King Of Limbs, 2011)
19. Cuttooth (Knives Out EP, 2001)
18. The National Anthem (Kid A, 2000)
17. Indentikit (A Moon Shaped Pool, 2016)
16. Idioteque (Kid A, 2000)
15. Airbag (OK Computer, 1997)
14. Fake Plastic Trees (The Bends, 1995)
13. Exit Music (For A Film) (OK Computer, 1997)
12. There, There (Hail To The Thief, 2003)
11. Motion Picture Soundtrack (Kid A, 2000)
10. Paranoid Android (OK Computer, 1997)
9. Nude (In Rainbows, 2007)
8. Life In A Glasshouse (Amnesiac, 2001)
7. Gagging Order (COM LAG (2plus2isfive), 2004)
6. No Surprises (OK Computer, 1997)
5. A Wolf At The Door (Hail To The Thief, 2003)
4. Fog (Knives Out EP, 2001)
3. True Love Waits (A Moon Shaped Pool, 2016)
2. How To Disappear Completely (Kid A, 2000)
1. Let Down (OK Computer, 1997)

"We're not scaremongering, this is really happening."
The thing that I love the most about Kid A is the cryptic, fractured story that it hints at among the nonsense that makes up most of the album. The way I see it, it's as if the protagonist is in denial about something, trying to convince himself that "everything is in its right place", he's "not here, this isn't happening," or faking optimism "the best you can is good enough." Throughout the album, these attempts to evade whatever he's trying to escape grow more and more desperate, until he can't take it anymore, and begins to tell himself he's "living in a fantasy world." With Idioteque, he finally snaps in the frantic, anxious climax of the album, "we're not scaremongering, this is really happening." After that comes Morning Bell and Motion Picture Soundtrack, neither of which have I figured out yet. Maybe I will someday. For now, it just adds to the mystique of the album.
Favourite tracks: How To Disappear Completely, Motion Picture Soundtrack, Idioteque, The National Anthem

I've listened to this album at least a hundred times, at I swear, it just gets better every time. Every single track from it has been my favourite at some point (yes, even Fitter Happier).
Favourite tracks: Let Down, No Surprises, Paranoid Android, Exit Music (For A Film), Airbag, The Tourist

"No matter what happens now, I shouldn't be afraid, because I know today has been the most perfect day I've ever seen."
Every track on In Rainbows is somebody's favourite track on it. Come to think of it, that probably stands for Radiohead's entire discography. But especially so for In Rainbows. I bet that if you were to take a poll on everyone that has ever listened to the album, there would be little variation between the lowest and highest track.
Favourite tracks: Nude, Weird Fishes/Arpeggi, Reckoner, Bodysnatchers, 15 Step, House Of Cards, Jigsaws Falling Into Place

"We all went to heaven in a little row boat, there was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt."
For a while this was my least favourite Radiohead album (aside from Pablo Honey, of course), but eventually I grew to like it. People often call it a bunch of b-sides from Kid A, but I feel there is a distinct difference between the two albums. While Kid A feels like a desolate, alien wasteland, Amnesiac is more claustrophobic and even sort of nostalgic, like a dusty old attic that nobody has been to in years. The B-sides are excellent as well, maybe even better than the album tracks, though I'm somewhat happy they didn't end up on the album, as they mostly don't fit with the mood. Cuttooth is far too upbeat for an album that contains Pyramid Song. I guess Amazing Sounds Of An Orgy and Kinetic would fit in fine though. I have no idea why they didn't use the full version of Life In A Glasshouse from the Knives Out single on the album.
Favourite Tracks: Life In A Glasshouse, Pyramid Song, You And Whose Army, I Might Be Wrong
Favourite B-sides: Fog, Cuttooth, The Amazing Sounds of an Orgy

"We are accidents waiting, waiting to happen."
People always complain about its length, but it's only 3 minutes longer than OK Computer and 4 minutes longer than A Moon Shaped Pool. That being said, there are a couple really sketchy tracks on the album, especially The Gloaming and Myxomatosis, which bring it down a bit overall.
Favourite Tracks: A Wolf At The Door, There There, A Punchup At A Wedding, Sail To The Moon, 2+2=5

"I don't care if it hurts. I want to have control. I want a perfect body. I want a perfect soul."
It's really not as bad as people say it is. Not anywhere near as good as anything they did after, but still pretty decent. And Creep is a good song, even if it is stupidly angsty and overplayed.
Favourite Tracks: Creep, You, Anyone Can Play Guitar, Blow Out
