This is ordered more in favour of recommendations than personal favourites – call it a curation over a critical list, though everything here is great. The issue with 90s dream-pop/shoegaze is the fact many acts predominantly released their best material as either standalone singles or in EPs, which makes including them very difficult considering the parameters of BEA.
