AKA The Top 20 Albums From My Year Of Birth. If I'd held on for another 24 hours this chart would be full of punky nuggets, but as it is there's gonna be a hell of a lot of Jamaican stuff on here instead. Which is just as well, because '76 was a DIRE YEAR for the pop/rock album. Maybe it all changed the minute I was born, who knows? Anyway, hope you find this chart proper irie, especially when you consider no.1 on the day I was born was (rather aptly) "When A Child Is Born" by Johnny Mathis.
