"Least collectable because almost every household in the US had a copy. The cover is admittedly provocative but the record itself is good clean fun. Mr. Alpert was a brilliant pop arranger and not a bad trumpet player. I love playing this disc in the car on a nice summer day, it just seems to fit."  Reply

"The best way I can describe this album is its simply an obvious tip of the hat to every 60's band and style that influenced Mr.'s Partridge and Moulding. I prefer this album to many of the actual XTC studio albums and I am a huge fan of XTC. I have many friends who don't like XTC that much but lo..."  [+]  Reply

"Bloody Mulu.....ruins this album for me! Don't get me wrong I'm a big TD fan but that is the one song I just cannot hold any affinity for. The rest, all good stuff, just not quite up to album one for me because of that one track, and when an album is only 7 tracks long it does effect the overall ..."  [+]  Reply

"An extremely charming album, it's also an album of much maturity for Modern Baseball. No matter what, this album always manages to wiggle into my feelings, regardless of when I listen to it. I'd recommend this to anyone who has a taste for emo."  Reply

"I'm not going to deny that this is a very pretty album. However, prettiness isn't enough to make this a great album. I liked it, but aside from a couple of tracks I think Alcest was playing it a bit too safe in terms of the songwriting."  Reply

"This was the 5th BtS release, but for me it was the follow-up to the album that blew me away and hooked me as a fan, 1999's "Keep it Like a Secret." So it's no surprise that this one was a disappointment and would fail to measure up in my eyes. Listening again several years later, it turns out it..."  [+]  Reply

"Hah, I might have been a bit too quick to declare Bitter Tea as my favourite FF album. I decided to give this one another listen afterwards, and now I'm not sure anymore.. While I think BT has the best songs by the band, this album flows incredibly from start to finish, and it's just ridiculously..."  [+]  Reply
