"A return to form. Definitely her best album since the live album Shadows & Lights and one of the best albums she has made. Great tracks include Slouching Towards Bethlehem, Come In From The Cold & Passion Play other highlights include The Only Joy In Town, Nothing Can Be Done & Cherokee Louise."  Reply

"Sparks have a history of not being known to the masses despite their genius, and this album takes the top of the chart as 'the best album no one knows of'. maybe it's just too smart for most people? A true work of genius, as the name dropped title suggests."  Reply

"There isn't a bad song on here, in fact there's real gems in here like single Back to the Radio, Birthday Party and U Can Be Happy If U Want To. My feelings about Porridge Radio, and maybe they haven't completely changed because of this release but have been challenged, is that they're a band fro..."  [+]  Reply

"Very impressed! Got a hard rock sound, quite jagged and a nice melancholy left the nightingale singer. 'Maybe Memories' had me hooked with riffs is deadly as falling steel but never sustained that all the way. Only 'A Box Full of Sharp Objects' stands taller than that track. Not bad the rest is. ..."  [+]  Reply

"8 January 2014 Boy, top to bottom this thing is very solid. At times this record just thrills. There is a sense of joy and rediscovery that comes from the band and Bob throughout, and this energy makes it all the more excellent of a listen. The playing is just pure energy on the rock tracks and t..."  [+]  Reply

"After two great records, this is the point the wheels were coming off the wagon. Home Sweet Home is undeniable, Louder Than Hell is the second best track, but wasn't good enough to make Shout. Other than that, there is filler all over the place. This is Mötley Crüe's St Anger."  Reply

"Damn, this is quite the religious album. Jay Electronica and Jay-Z rapping a lot about being Black Israelites. The production is amazing beginning to end, but the lyrics aren't always the most engaging. Highlight for me is Shiny Suit Theory."  Reply
