"This record is a great surprise. Andy Shauf doesnt have a really great voice. He tells you some morbid storys. The production is excellent plain. You hear a Piano a clarinet or a cello, the drums sound like in the late seventies. My favorite record in the 2010s so far!" Reply

"Until this album Amy Ray may have been a little in the shadow of Emily Saliers, when it came to songwriting.
