"Unfortunately most people only see it as "the album that followed Private Dancer" and while Typical Male was a huge hit, nothing else on it approached the same sort of success that the previous album did. But I've always enjoyed the album and think it's almost equal to the predecessor." Reply

I actually really liked the Teenage Jesus songs here, moreso than in their own records. like there's a really light viscerality to it that works really, really well.
