An energetic effort from Seger and the Silver Bullet Band at their peak in front of a home crowd in Detroit, which was the only place Seger had any rep at that point. This album makes me wish I was able to see this band in concert in this era even though most of Seger's future hits come after this album. Several songs merge into each other and that gives the album a fairly lean feel.
Good… but "Nine Tonight" has much more Energy and power...
This is the album that sent Bob Seger from regional nobody to national fame.
One of the all-time best live albums you'll ever hear.
