Shortlisted for album of the year at the 2004 Grammys. The winners was Speakerboxxx/The Love Below by OutKast
appealing in a f***boi "i'm trying to be sexy" type of way . his high-pitched (what sounds like a) barely post-pubescent voice is cute , if a little grating and straining . idk it's fine - the production saves him as usual.

Most of it is usual RnB/Pop filler, but I doubt many could have predicted in 2003 how important those 4 singles would go on to be. The sound of the early noughties, and a full showcase of Timberlakes singing talent.

Cry Me A River is one of the best pop songs of the 2000s. The album probably isn't worth your time though (unless you love pop music).
