I used to have a duck that looked a bit like a half-melted candle. It loved this album.
This is an interesting album to listen to as it is a unique style of music and is extremely relaxing to listen to. It is so easy to just glide through this album and get lost in the rhythms. The percussion is brilliant on here as well and really helps to create the atmosphere and tone they are going for. The album does slow the further into the record you go with the peak of the music coming on the first 4 or 5 tracks. Furthermore, nothing really blew me away with the best tracks being very good but not going beyond that. Overall, an enjoyable album that is easy listening and is perfect to stick on, sit back, relax and just enjoy the music.

This album is totally outside my wheelhouse, but I enjoyed it quite a bit anyway. It does start to sound the same after a while, I can usually only listen to 3 or 4 songs from this at a time.

So cool.
Timeless album. Chan Chan is the really stand-out song. Takes you anywhere you want, at least somewhere the sun is shining!
A lovely reconstruction of pre-revolution club music but nothing really standout among the tracks.
