Quite easily the greatest and sexiest pop music album ever made and it should not have flopped so badly.
This album came out when I was in high school shortly after I just got into pop music and the lead single, “Not Myself Tonight” and the music video for it got me into Xtina’s music.

The very definition of a mixed bag. Some great tracks on here and some really bland tracks. Ultimately she should've kept the best 10 songs on here out of the 18 and added a few deluxe tracks (maybe the uncharacteristically dark "Birds of Prey" & the best ballad out of the whole record "Stronger than Ever"). As a whole, it's an interesting statement with moments of innovation, but is marred by a load of tedious midtempo cuts.
The very definition of a mixed bag, but with 24 diverse pop songs on the deluxe version (get it over the standard version because some of the bonus tracks are gems) at least fans get their money's worth.
Some songs are flat-out terrible, but some ("Bionic", "Prima Donna", "Monday Morning", "Stronger Than Ever" to name a few) are great pop songs that should've been released as singles.
The whole thing remains somewhat interesting and somewhat innovative, if not a bit tedious and stupid. I just wish she included less soppy ballads because "Bionic" unfortunately feels like a diluted vision.
