One of the most overlooked Low albums, perhaps their best non 90's album. Its more or less a continuation of the style of Things we Lost in the Fire, but pushing in both more atmospheric, and rock-ish directions. We get catchy pop tracks (Canada), surprisingly anthemic moments (In the Drugs), the usual ballads (Point of Disgust) and some wonderfully spooky soundscapes (John Prine, Shots and Latters).
