Mostly low-effort. An unauthorized release of a jam session pretty much. Apart from "Brown Eyed Girl" and "TB Sheets" there isn't much in terms of substance.

There's no doubt that Brown Eyed Girl is one of the best songs ever written. The vocals, guitar, bass, rhythm section, just some of the best.

A lot of this was later added to a release called TB Sheets. This is Van transitioning from Them to WM. As such it's just great. Brown Eyed Girl is still the most popular VM song ever.
A good debut as a solo artist. Love the song TB sheets.
