For much of Joseph Arthur's career he's been known mainly as the guy who was "discovered" by Peter Gabriel, a factoid that overshadows how much Arthur himself has contributed to the world of music. This album--a collection of subtle, carefully crafted songs, headed by the wonderful and romantic "Honey and the Moon"--is his best.
