Little-known album by an artist who should get more attention. Officially classified as Electronica/Dance, the songs here are excellent and have a lot more emotion than that classification would suggest. I read a positive review of this when it came out and bought it, unheard. I liked it but didn’t think much about it. Years later, I discovered the CD at the bottom of a box, gave it a listen, and couldn’t stop playing it. Highlights are “Empty,” “Numb,” “Idol,” “Cellophane," and “Filthy Mind." ("I got some bad ideas in my head. I just . . .")
