This album remains criminally underheard on BEA. Some of my favourite hip-hop production ever (courtesy of amazing Madlib and a bunch of rare soul samples) married to some highly entertaining rapping. Strong Arm Steady may not be the most technically accomplished rappers around, but they certainly know how to utilise their strengths and keep the listener engaged over the course of an album (though, that said, the guest appearances are occasionally quite welcome). A fantastic record, and one that is deserving of far more praise around these parts.
