Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Other Voices at least showed they had some gas in the car without Jim, unfortunately full circle shows the guys are empty.
Competent at best the truth is the songs are below average, for a band that should be more then average.
So they got lucky and had one good album without Morrison but this one proved they are not The Doors without him and wisely shut it down after this.
