The Living Infinite is the first album I can remember highly anticipating. From the moment it was announced to the moment it was released, I was counting down the seconds. I had every single on repeat as it came out. When it was released, I listened to it for a month straight. Nothing else except The Living Infinite was played on my iPod for that entire month. Eventually, it suffered from ‘double-album syndrome’ for me, and I got bored of it. But every time I revisit The Living Infinite, I realize why I loved it in the first place. It is everything I wanted it to be, and Dirk Verbeuren’s drumming on this LP remains my favorite drumming of all time.
