This album is good, the music is good. Is it anything groundbreaking or new? No, not particularly. It’s just really good indie rock. The Weeks incorporate a bit of a southern rock influence into their work along with the indie rock sound they already have and together, it sounds great. There are a lot of songs on this album that are really solid and a few that are especially good. There are moments on this album that aren’t particularly strong, but there definitely isn’t a single moment on this album that is bad. The Weeks do some good storytelling with their lyrics and have a really good sound, and thus have created a good album.
