There's something I miss about this early Ariana release... before she was obviously gunning for World's Biggest Pop Star she had a surpringsly gentle, comforting sound mixed with her world-class pipes and an ostentatious but nonetheless fruitful mix of 90s r&B and 50s doo-wop/early 60's soul. A little gem full of subtler pleasures than her obviously far louder and more chart-friendly albums would contain.
Sweet, dreamy, surprisingly sophisticated- has a close-to-the-ground-close-to-heart vibe that her later, much louder releases have noticeably lacked.

"Honeymoon Avenue" is top notch Ariana.
I really didn't like this album, if you want to listen to Ariana Grande, I would recommend My Everything, which is a lot more distinct and noticeable than this.

Above Average debut from young T.V. personality/actress/singer portends a bright future. Features a few too many guest appearances that do not enhance the listening experience.
