I don't think it's so consistent, but the highs are a lot higher than any of their other albums -- surprised that it's ranked the lowest. I think "On Top of Your World," "Fire Alarm," "With or Without Control," and "Keep Up the Speed" are all fantastic, and the rest is good but nothing extraordinary.
