I always feel Kaiser Chiefs get judged a bit harsh. They produce great rhythms and melodies. They have albums which are among the best from those put out of the time and genre. This one is good but not as consistent as some of those others.
A good follow up to Employment.

Very good album. Best 10 songs average is 88,3/100 and the album can get very good 90/100. Far and away best song is "Ruby" i'm rating at a max. Followed by "Everything is average nowadays" and "Try your best" both 90/100 and next "The angry mob" and "Love's not a competition..." both 85/100. Favourite!

Ruby may be the best highlight from this album for some. But nothings beats that emotion and that pleasure to raise your fist and sing "The Angry Mob"
