His studio albums are fantastic, but this one is an album that was not fully finalized by Jimi. His songs sound familiar to the older ones. But definitely, his future style is beginning to grow and show here. He is one of my all-time music heroes-
The full energy of his compositions was only unleashed when hearing and experiencing them live.
Feel like this is severly underrated. Freedom is my personal favourite, but i also like Drifting
I wish I could see what Hendrix would have done with these tracks had he lived.
Most under rated of all his albums. More laid back feel with less show boating but most of these songs stand strong, 'Angel' being the winner. Overall a great much under appreciated bit of work from Jimi
A nice, melodic and almost laid back album full of fine songs, including the wonderful, Angel. An underrated record. (Edited)
