Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 68.7/100, a mean average of 67.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 68.5/100. The standard deviation for this album is 19.1.

Pretty good stuff if you like Coldplay, this EP could easily have been called Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends pt. 2.. But someone tell me what the f*** Jay-Z is doing on Lost? (Edited)

Some of these songs are good but the remixes are really bad. (Edited)

This one should be mixed with Viva la Vida to make a really proper album IMO. (Edited)

This might be the funniest EP I've ever heard; the verse in Lost+ where Jay-Z is talking about the ghetto and suicide is so out of place I can't help but laugh.
(Edited)
This is very good, but...
- There is a much better version of 'Lost' on 'Viva La Vida...'
- 'Lovers in Japan' is identical to the version on 'Viva la Vida...' as far as I can tell
- 'Life in Technicolour II' is on 'Viva La Vida' without the vocals, and I don't feel like the vocals add much
- Out of the 5 completely new songs, 4 are excellent. Rainy Day is a mess.
