cute face, medicore voice, terrible fake personality and overall just a product of pop industry. The music isn't as bad as critics claim and she got more hate than she actually deserved, but i guess thats the price for selling your soul.

She is what she is - she never purported to be a Diva ala Celine Dion. She's a pop princess. Taken on those terms she's pretty good at what she does. Is there a lot of weight to be placed on her music? No. Can she make music that puts bodies on the dance floor? Yes.

I don't hate Britney Spears. I guess you could say I'm envious of her money, but not her talent. She's a bubble-gum pop princess who has had some cute tunes written for her, and a sexpot who has had some funky tunes written for her. Belongs in a dance club. There's no depth or meaning - just a beat and an image.
Her voice has always been insufferable to me. The desperate attempts to fix it in studio just give it an even more annoying sound. Songs would have the potential to be perfectly fine catchy radio pop if only a halfway competent singer was behind them.
So many jealousy here. Leave her alone envious haters! Her voice is ok, still much better than Rihanna, Katy Perry or Nicki Minaj. She's beautiful and she can dance. Her music isn't as vulgar as Gaga's
