Well. The first 2 tracks (singles) are pretty good and I don't mind hearing them occasionally. "I Will Be There" is probably the next best track. "Soda Pop" and "E-Mail My Heart" are kind of "cringe" as the kids say. The rest is just mediocre.
Only one good track and that is a cover version of Sonny and Chers 1967 hit, which was covered by All Seeing I in 1997 & a No.11 hit single. All Seeing I then priduced Britneys cover.

cheesy pop, but not as bad as critics claim. There are much worse cash-grab attempts by other bands, "Baby one more time" at least had some "hits"

All things considered, not terrible. Hard to sustain the hit-making magic of the first few songs, but Britney tries hard enough.

"The Beat Goes On" sounds interesting (ignore the Lyrics), but the others songs... nope.jpg.exe
I find it weird how I remember this album enough to rate all of the songs... I had a guilty crush on Spears when I was like 9... Now I look back and I wonder what the hell I was smoking.
