Mediocre is right. It's far from great, but far from awful either. Unfortunately the worst tracks here are probably the singles, "I'm A Slave 4 U" which I find pretty annoying, and "I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman" which is only mildly annoying. Some of these songs (like the cover of "I Love Rock 'N' Roll" which is alright but not that great of a song in the first place) included on the soundtrack of the film "Crossroads" sure didn't help that movie, either. Cinderella is probably my favorite track here, and even that is just alright. Overall, not interesting or bad enough to deserve a bad rating, just forgettable.

Average pop/dance-pop/R&B album. Best 10 songs average is 76,3/100 and the album can get average 75/100. Like previous comment says: mediocre at best. Only song that is bit better is "I'm not a girl..." 85/100. All other songs 70-75/100. Not bad anyway, but expendable somehow.

Britney is better when she's got funky production backing her, and she's trying to be sultry. When she's serious, it's awful "I'm not a Girl, Not yet a Woman" is one of the most insipid songs of all time.
A truly underrated album.
