Music for sickmen and junkheads. It's certainly not pleasant, but it might help you out of the dirt when you're down in a hole. It's the most focused AiC without being too druggy and still with Layne Staley's unique vocals.

He's the music maker and the dreamer of dreams. And he's doing a great job with it. Standing in a great place between chilled out ambient soundscapes and rave parties.

THE new age album, at least in the pure ambient, yet distinctively melodic sphere of new age music. Complete with glorious synth washes and choral bliss, this album light as a feather will take you under its wings to some unimaginably peaceful place.

Tribal samples fused with electronic, danceable rhythms. The blend of modern and ancient may seem quite odd at first, and indeed it is, but the end result is quite fascinating and satisfying... once you get used to those ethnic vocals, that is!

Having fear of the dark? Be sure to put this on to get in the right mood! Some of the most epic stuff Iron Maiden have ever made. Includes the title track and the almost forgotten single "Wasting Love", two songs that made me fall in love with the band.

"Summer in Hell" as some haters have dubbed it! It was a commercial failure and critics point at it as the artistic low point of the band's whole career. The bottom songs are decent, but quite average. Other songs are lame, but the good fun kind of lame. Others again are fairly strong if not at the very top of Beach Boys' career. Flawed, but not something "transcendentally" bad as it's made out to be!

Lighten up, this album is finger lickin' good! The beginning of Beastie Boys as less humorous, but with more attitude and cool factor. Funky, groovy, jazzy, it'll pump you up no matter what'cha want!

Find the river with this album when everybody hurts. Comfort and sweetness follows any time you spend listening to R.E.M.'s melancholic, classic notes of "Automatic for the People".

Down colourful hill? Seems that it's anything but colourful! Subdued gloomy ballads with a profoundly atmospheric feel. A friend in the dark when you want the lord to kill the pain!
