Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some charts can have several thousand ratings)

This chart has a Bayesian average rating of 84.4/100, a mean average of 83.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 84.1/100. The standard deviation for this chart is 12.7.

I like your chart and know everything until you get to the 2000's - know much of it but plenty albums there I don't know (yet). See some people commenting it is full of classics and based on ploughing through charts on here - never understand why people get some criticism for liking cracking albums? And I guess this site helps you to go and listen to many cracking albums and when you have finished so many you maybe start to branch into particular artists or genres that you feel a resonance with.
Only criticism is please add comments on why you choose an album

Very classical choices. Not bad, but except 3 or 4 albums, you like all that everybody likes.

I do like this chart. It's nice and very diversity, even we found a low number of different artists.
And we have some greats in commum.
