Music is hard to understand. I'm not going to pretend I understand it and I'll probably wake up tomorrow and want to change this list. But this is my favorite of all time as I write this. Some parts aren't really in order either

Such a tough call between this one and Blonde on Blonde. My favorite Bob Dylan song Absolutely Sweet Marie is off Blonde on Blonde, but I think overall Highway 61 closely beats it. The Music is amazing and I love Bob Dylan's lyrics. Even after all this time I am still trying to understand certain lines and constantly find new ways to relate to them

Freshest sounding rock album of this century. I was really blown away when I first listened to it. I wasn't expecting to hear one of my favorite albums of all time off a random download

This is a really great album, I haven't listened to it in a long time because I played it to death. I love the weird instruments they use to get the really strange sounds

MF Doom has really creative lyrics with really good beats. He's definitely my favorite rapper

This is a super great album. I think a lot of the alt rockers got inspiration from these guys. My favorite Wire song is Options R

Really amazing beats. At first I didn't like a lot of the lyrics because I thought they were too hard. Which isn't usually my style. But I know most of them off by heart now

Its hard to choose a favorite Nirvana album. All their albums have a different style and I was very close to choosing In Utero. But for me, at the end of the day the incredible hooks, simple riffs and clean production beats the incredibly intimate vocals, aggressive and raw recording of In Utero. I'm only human
