Quick FYI: My definition of psychedelic and/or trippy may differ from yours, but that's okay. I like it to have elements of weirdness and craziness, even if it is only experimental. I LOVE when the music falls apart (The Dead and Captain Beefheart did this a lot). I include, by the way, some meditation music because that can be some of the most psychedelic and mind bending music there can be. The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste. There are some stoner rock albums as well. Lastly, I am trying my best to add albums not from 1968, but that is proving to be a challenge. Challenge accepted!
Mood Classification for each album: Light/Happy, Moody, Transcendental/Deep, Heavy.

Awesome, awesome chart! From the looks of it, this is the chart I must be checking everyday since lots of the albums I enjoy listening to lately appear on this chart. Thanks for sharing this.
Although I object to not adding Tago Mago, Fun House and some other albums on this list. I think they are pretty mind bending and trippy too.
