Brilliant from start to finish. Holds up amazing well

A masterpiece that came from nowhere in 1986. As interesting as Brilliant Trees was, having Fripp on board transforms Sylvia's songwriting and playing. Second half is some of the best amoibient music ever recorded.

Musically, this is Genesis' finest work, While the Rael storyline is a bit abstract, the narrative and lyrics hold up well,

Joni changed songwriting in the mid 70s with her fusion of folk and jazz. Great songs with Jaco bouncing around on most of the cuts.

Some think of this as a sequel to Dancing, but I see it more of a transitive album pointing to Stealing Fire. "...Fall Vacation" is one of my favorites

Progressive rock never had a finer moment. Space and texture blend with Fripp's crunch to create this super album.

The Eno/Byrne collaboration in the late 70s/ early 80s produced some of the finest music of that era. This is last TH album they collaborated on and is also the last good TK album.

I really do not know how to rate this chart. On the one hand, it has some surprising artists, and a number of genuinely great albums on it. On the other hand, it has quite a few I find mediocre, and repeats artists rather too freely.
