Every Beatle album deserve the #1 spot, but the most important album to me was Rubber Soul. Its something special about seeing an artist right before they reach their prime. It's as if they wrote a blueprint on how perfection should sound like. Yea, Revolver had better songs, but it wouldn't be as powerful without Rubber Soul.

Out of all the albums in the Led Zeppelin catalog, Physical graffiti was the album that influenced me the most. "In my time of Dying" featured the best drumming you will ever hear. You can actually visualize Bonham and Page battling in the studio. You would think that they could never top "Stairway to Heaven" but they proved it with Kashmir. Although I play "Led Zeppelin III" more, this is the album I always show to people when they want to learn more about the band.

Although they're a hipster go-to-band, you would be lying if you said that you don't think they are the best band as of late. If you listen to each album, you can see how they gradually shift to more experimental rock. Ok Computer would be that highest point on a line graph. I never seen anybody perfected a strange, spacey album like this since Pink floyd.

I'm not going to talk about how this was one of the top selling albums of all time. I'm not going to talk about how they took Psychedelic rock to new levels and perfected it. I'm just going to tell you to play this album while you sleep and see if you don't have creative ideas the next day.

On my quest of finding albums that pushed the limit on what an instrumental album should sound like, I discovered "Bitches Brew". I feel as though this needs to be on everybody top ten list because the scenery and colors were so vivid. I think if every musician and producer could listen and understand this, their work would be 10 times better

I pick Dangerous solely because its one of those albums that helped shaped my childhood. I remember seeing Michael marching in the streets with hella cops and army men behind him when this came out. That and the cover art showed me how bigger than life Mike really was.

I might get some hate mail for this statement but I truly believe that this album was 100x better than "Nevermind". I never really understood why people didn't like them because this album was truly the best album out of the whole grunge era.

(Specifically The Love Below) I was going to make a separate post for rap music but I wouldn't even categorize this as a rap album. The Love Below was so over my head, I couldn't fully appreciate it until I've gotten into high school. Even though they gotten a Best Album of the year Grammy award, I still think this album is overrated. I think Outkast was the best to do it when it came to thinking outside the box.

I don't think dangermouse gets enough respect because he need to be hailed as the greatest producer of all time. This album sounds like he listened to nothing but scooby-doo and The Monkeys TV soundtracks. His style and creativity fits perfectly with Cee-lo's weird and exotic voice.
There isn't enough words in a dictionary to explain how much I love this album. All I can say is listen to "Manana" and "Every Planet We Reach". That is all.
