Top 100 Greatest Music Albums by albumceleste Unknown

I tried to do a rough catalogue of my taste.
One album per artist.
At first I was going to include classical music artists (probably a third of the chart, but there were SO many albums I needed to add and in the end classical music is not album based like pop music; when you like an artist or a work you end up listening to different versions everytime you can, so it didn't make sense to add them here.)
The order is whatever came up doing it. Maybe the top and low spots are more accurate. The middle of the bell curve is a mess.

Found RJ's music when I was 18. I already knew him by name, cited as an influence for other artists.
Upon first listen I didn't get it. Then after repeated listens he became one of my favourite artists ever. I never get tired of his music, no matter how much I listened to it.

Were my favourite around 14yo. Huge on them. That Jack White video were he can tell wich Beatles song is playing with just 2 seconds intro? I could do that too! I don't listen to them anymore on purpose.
Sgt Pepper's best album from a production standpoint. Abbey Road runner up.
Revolver best from an innovation standpoint. White album a mixed bag covering all spectre.
Rubber soul the best compromise between the innovative druggie Beatles and the merseybeat hi energy performing band.

Dark side of the moon hits a sweet spot between sophistification and easy-listening. It's a progressive rock album that you can have as background music or in the car, and if you pay attention it blows your mind, or it can be left in the back and is never intrusive. Just brillant.

My first approach to S.Reich's music was Different Trains, wich is a genious masterwork. It could be here, but Music for 18 musicians is like looking at the fabric of music from a microscope. The fundamental thruts revealing in the smallest things.
